Caterina and Chiara, with their father Giovanni, relate their experiences to the "French Culinary Institute in New York and the Ecole des Art Culinaries in Lyon in this historic Florentine business founded in 1951 with the first workshop of their grandfather Narciso .

Thus the center of Florence can still enjoy dishes such as pici rolled out with sausage sauce, delicious canapés accompanied by ham, salami and finocchiona, Florentine steak or Cinta Senese with beans and vegetables.
