He began working in 1968
as the son of art, and after many experiences as a chef around the
world, especially in Japan, Australia and England, Giancarlo returned to
Croton to cultivate what has always been his passion, pizza.
The pizzeria was founded in 1997 and is located in a prestigious position on the seafront of the city.
It
is here that guests can enjoy pizza and dishes, the result of
imaginative recipes and innovative, inspired by his native land and sea,
like pizza with sea urchins, pizza with squid ink, or those that refer
to travel around the world, such as vegetarian pizza and fruit.
Even today, as in a factory of ideas, Giancarlo worked with the same passion of his first pizza!
