At the center of the
village of Le Castella Isola di Capo Rizzuto, distinctive and famous

the kitchen open to guests, prepared by precious hands, the gentle and
sunny hostess, Mrs. Sondra arrive dishes, new and old, developed with
the utmost care and attention to freshness and quality of products (from
the oil oil, grade, also used for fried up the fish).

the mixed appetizers of stuffed sword salmoriglio, stewed octopus,
carpaccio of smoked tuna and swordfish, fried zucchini flowers.
