In
the shadow of the arcades in the center of Merano the gastronomy Siebenförcher is a corner dedicated to the gluttonous pleasure of the senses,
taste and tradition that for nearly a century has been synonymous with
authenticity and quality of butchery and delicatessen.

the same Gottfried Siebenförcher personally to ensure strict control
and careful processing of meat taken from amongst the best on the
market.
Loyalty

eighty-five employees.
Today,
in addition to one hundred exquisite varieties of meats, including the
prized Speck Alto Adige Igp, hams and cuts of meat is an assortment of
cheeses and delicatessen dishes prepared at home to organize a meal,
from starter to second, which emits
the smells and tastes of those true country tradition, like the barley
soup, goulash soup, stew beef or beef and onion pie.
