In a delightful atmosphere filled with the scents of Salento, the hotel complex Delle Rose was born from the passions of the Spano family: horseback riding, catering and hospitality. The newly built in an area of over 36,000 square feet, reminding the country house in british style and elegance not forgetting the Mediterranean origin.

Among the olive trees and fragrant roses are spread 8 dependance and 16 rooms, all bright, comfortable and equipped with modern amenities like private bathrooms, satellite TV, minibar and air conditioning to spend pleasant and relaxing. The hotel also has a restaurant available for half board. Menus express fully the values of local tradition with a bit more creativity and the exclusive use of genuine raw materials and quality.

From season to season you can find dishes such as land or sea sagne cakes "o 'ncannulate", pasta Salento for excellence, strong flavored with tomato and ricotta, pasta with beans and mussels, prawns and courgette with propellers and the chef's specialties, the scalloped potatoes with bacon.
