Crossing der Eisenbahnbrücke gerade außerhalb von Volterra, in der Ortschaft San Lazzero erfüllt Trattoria Da Badò die historische Gaststätte, die eine kulinarische Ruf mehr als fünfzig Jahren, die heute von James und Michael erneuert rühmt.
Im Menü, inklusive Pasta-Gerichte, zeichnen sich als lokale Rezepte: "Kabeljau umgebaut" Suppe Volterra, Wildgerichte oder Bohnenkraut.
Die Desserts sind hausgemacht Mamma Lucia.
